The display of any of our products on our website is not an offer to sell, and we at Pinks & Green shall be under no obligation to supply goods, until a contract is entered into through payment being accepted and the product being in stock.

If you place an order with us, this will be your agreement to place an order to purchase our products at the specified price.

Upon receipt of your order we will e-mail an acknowledgement to you as soon as possible.

Provided the goods are in stock, available at the specified price, and your payment has been approved they will be dispatched as soon as possible but no longer than two working days.

If the items are out of stock we will inform you by e-mail of the next expected delivery date.

If you do not respond to my e-mail informing you of any unavailable items then the rest of your order will be processed and dispatched in the normal way.

If for any reason you are not entirely happy with your purchase you can return it to us either for exchange or refund within 7 days of delivery.  Please email me within 3 days to let me know you are returning an item or order.

A full refund or exchange will only be given when we have received the returned goods.

Items must be undamaged, and unused and in the original packaging.

We can only credit a refund to the original purchasers card.

The cost for returned goods are the customers responsibility except for damaged, faulty or incorrectly supplied goods.

All prices stated are inclusive of VAT where applicable.

For security purposes no card details are retained by Pinks & Green.  They go straight to the bank processing the transaction when you make your purchase.

We only trade in pounds sterling regardless of the country of origin of the purchasing card.

We do not guarantee that our goods are identical to those shown in the pictures.
