We aim to despatch your goods as soon as possible after receiving your order. We aim to dispatch your order the same day if your order is received before lunch (about 12pm!) but is generally sent the next day and no longer than 2 days if the products are in stock.

If we are unable to supply any item within a reasonable timeframe we will let you know as soon as possible and remove that item from your order and deduct the cost of that item from the total charge.
If we are temporarily out of stock of any item and expect a short delay we will send the rest of your order as soon as possible and send any outstanding item as soon as that item is back in stock. No extra charge will be made for extra deliveries.
Full payment will be taken when you place your order.
Delivery is charged at £3.25 for UK delivery addresses.
Where possible we use the Royal Mail for delivery. Some items will be delivered by Parcelforce or MyHermes and may require a signature.
We cannot accept liability for delays in delivery resulting from circumstances outside our control.
