Delivery Information
We aim to despatch your goods as soon as possible after receiving your order. We try to pick, pack and post your goodies the same day if your order is received before lunch (about 12pm!) but is generally sent the next day and no longer than 2 days if the products are in stock. Our working week is Monday to Friday normally 9am-5pm.
If your order is especially urgent please call Zoe on 0777 2324624.
If we are unable to supply any item within a reasonable timeframe we will let you know as soon as possible and remove that item from your order and deduct the cost of that item from the total charge.
If we are temporarily out of stock of any item and expect a short delay we will send the rest of your order as soon as possible and send any outstanding item as soon as that item is back in stock. No extra charge will be made for extra deliveries.
Full payment will be taken when you place your order.
We have various delivery options:
Standard UK delivery Estimated 2-4 working days is charged at £3.95.
First Class UK delivery Estimated 1-3 working days is charged at £6.95.
Next Day UK delivery, Monday – Friday is charged at £10.95. Orders must be placed before 12.00.
We only ship to UK mainland.
Where possible we use the Royal Mail for delivery. Some items will be delivered by DPD, Parcelforce or Evri (MyHermes) and may require a signature.
We cannot accept liability for delays in delivery resulting from circumstances outside our control.
Please remember we are NOT Amazon or Sainsburys! We are a small family run business (me plus the 2 kids!).
