These have been in development for a long time. Rice have worked incredibly hard on the design and function of these knives and they are worth the wait! They are so tacktile and gorgous to use. They do not have sharp edges, more like a butter knive, but they are perfect for little ones and grown ups too. We use ours everyday, the kids butter their own toast, make their own sarnies, use them as drum sticks etc. My husband and I use them as butter knives and with dips and with cheese. Trust me you are going to LOVE these!
